AI vehicle recognition for parking management

CarSense is an AI-powered system designed to recognize and track vehicles entering and exiting university parking lots. By processing real-time data from cameras, the system accurately detects vehicle movements, allowing for efficient management of parking spaces and enhanced security measures. The system’s AI algorithms were trained to differentiate between cars going up or down within the parking structure, providing detailed insights into traffic flow and usage patterns. I was responsible for the programming and training of the AI, ensuring precise recognition and seamless functionality throughout the project.
